Therapist: (LISW, LMHC, or LMFT) CFI seeks a full time Therapist to provide professional therapy and/or counseling to clients at our Addiction Treatment and Mental Health program located in Ankeny.

Responsibilities Include ongoing professional in-office therapy/counseling as needed for individuals, families and/or groups to resolve issues causing crisis and dysfunction. Duties include developing and maintaining goal oriented treatment plans; corresponding with other agencies, programs, clients and collateral contacts.

Must be able to perform all necessary record keeping and reporting functions. Must be available for and provide on-call services as assigned in order to provide consistent treatment. Master's degree in
Social Work, Counseling or closely related human services field; with appropriate experience in family counseling or closely related counseling field that ensures adequate understanding of human dynamics at a professional level. Must be licensed by the State of Iowa (LISW, LMHC, or LMFT).

Additional Requirements include but are not limited too:
Must provide own transportation
Ability to effectively handle emergency situations.
Meet required units of service as assigned
Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor or eligible expected
